Travis and his team are very professional theyre very experienced. The report is detailed and is easy to read and to follow. I particularly liked the sections, where he explained everything about the roofing, the wall, the foundations, and how does this relate to the observations he made . That made it helpful to understand the gravity of the situation, and understand the state of each of the different aspects of the report. He was also willing to help with the understanding of how much does it cost to repair things and what can be done to be repaired and also insert them as suggestions in the report. I highly recommend him and his team.

We first discovered Comprehensive Property Reports when we were in discussion with owners for a different property. (They had commissioned a report from CPR to make their own repairs before offering it for sale.) The house went to someone else, but we were so impressed with the depth of CPR's report that we asked them to inspect the home we are currently in contract for. Travis and his team were professional, extremely thorough and answered every question. Before they even left the site, Travis took me around the property to point out and explain items that he felt were of particular importance. In addition to our detailed report, we received a Repair Request List that estimated costs for work that will need to be done in the first year. There is no question that we did the right thing to hire CPR and we would do it again in a heartbeat. Thank you Travis and team!
