Dr Lotsu is a nice person, and he is really good with small surgeries, but for more complex skin grafts I recommend going to someone more qualified and experienced. Two years later I am still dealing with the fallout. While ankle grafts are high risk, more qualified medical specialists have since confirmed the mistakes that were made surgically and in aftercare. These were exacerbated by his, and his nurses, lack of acknowledgement that the graft had failed. This resulted in a much poorer outcome, with slough in the wound and an extensive time to heal by secondary intention. Then further damage to my leg from limping for such an extended period. Instead of recognising that the graft had failed (when I expressed concerns, and pain), I was told 'I worry too much', 'it will be fine' etc. Every medical person since, that has looked at the photos I took at the time, winces and confirms that it had failed from the start. Yes, I could complain directly but I don't see much point in that, it can't be rectified. I just put this here as a warning for others, great for little jobs, but for grafts in difficult locations, this is a job for a specialist, not a former GP with a few extra skin cancer diplomas. Just a pity that I didn't make the same decision at the start, but I was in pain and didn't want to wait.

This clinic is unfriendly, exorbitantly priced and even the layout and decorations of the clinic feels eerie. I had a full body mole check at a cost of $225, which took Dr Roland perhaps 15 seconds to complete half heartedly, bearly looking through his magnification device or even talking to me. Even the nurse looked uncomfortable at the lack of effort shown. An extra-ordinary waste of money for a creepy, expensive and insufficient experience.
