Submitted false claims in their reports to mask their incompetence causing me headaches with insurance company. Not punctual usually 30 mins late for all appointments despite giving a 30 minute window of arrival. Arrogantt Staff, they think just because they have been doing it for 20 years they are right and others are wrong. For someone doing this for 20 years they do a mediocre job. I would not recommend them, if your insurance assgins them as their representative you have a right to choose your own flood restoration company and their are plenty out their with far better focus on customer service which is 'You' not the insurance company. Lovely guys, Jae Kapiti. had something for every kind of stain , knew what they were doing! I am delighted with the result, I no longer need to do the walk of shame every time i pass that loungeroom carpet orange juice stain that i tried to remove with various products and ended making ugly yellow patches !
