This shop is inside the coastlands mall. I went there on Saturday 6 8.22 pm with my daughter who is an adult. The shop assistant never spoke to us, instead she tapped her nails on the counter, my daughter looked at her and the shop assistant just starred back and said nothing. We left buying nothing, why would we with such a rude shop assistant. This shop assistant needs to watch the movie pretty woman and learn what great customer service is.

Penny is just the best clothing stylist assistant there is! She works on a Tuesday and Wednesday and didnt hesitate to help me find some key basic and good quality essentials to complete my new winter 2021 wardrobe. Her follow up service has been amazing and extremely professional too she has a real eye for detail and knows exactly what suites you. Thank you to Penny for making me feel like more than a million dollars in my new special pieces from Wallflower. See you tomorrow again for a catch up and much needed clothing browse.
