I just gotta say everyone who I dealt with here on Friday were absolutely amazing.

Wendy at the Kapiti Branch gave excellent service! From her friendly greeting to her precise product knowledge, helpfulness and overall professional conduct.

Poor communication. Different staff giving different advice and no one was willing to take any responsibility. Don't bank with them.
