Nothing but positivity felt every time I enter the studio. Friendly and encouraging coaches that have pushed me past my own belief of what my capabilities within my training to get me to a new level. Highly recommend to people who do not have a lot of time to allocate to exercise as the workouts are all planned for you and you just have to turn up.

I decided that 2023 was going to be the year to get fit and what better way than join F45. Was extremely nervous starting but everyone was so welcoming and the trainers were awesome! Now I go 5 mornings a week and absolutely hate missing a class. Totally recommend if anyone is wanting to join a fun fitness community.

Lovely coaches, that know how to push you, but not destroy you. I have been going to F45 for 14 days now & I have already seen a change in my fitness! Wow!!
