From my initial approach to Kapiti Flooring Xtra to the completion of my project (re-carpeting of house) I have been greatly impressed with the professional advice and service I have received. I make particular mention of Dylan, the carpet layer, whose attitude to work was inspiring.

Engineered wood was installed in the open plan, dining/living area of my house, replacing the existing carpet. The whole process was made more manageable and less stressful thanks to the Flooring Xtra team. From Thomas, my go-to person from the start, to the in-store staff, to Dan and his installers: always helpful, client-centred, knowledgeable, patient with my many questions and pleasant. The result is great - even the dog seems to like it! Thank you all.

Probably the best experience we have had with work done in our home. From start to finish everything was dealt with promptly, and with patience when we were choosing. Milton came and explained all the options and was really helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Matt made the actual laying of the vinyl planking so much less stressful then I had imagined. It was really organised so we knew which areas to clear and where to keep the dogs while he was here, he is so cheerful and helpful and worked really hard to get it all finished, floor looks amazing, so glad we came to you!
