We had a terrible experience with my sisters funeral here. The "Christian" minister Graham Harvey who presided over the funeral gossiped to his deranged sister about my family and she sent me several abusive emails a week after her funeral while I was grieving!?? She confirmed in the emails that "Minister" Harvey (her brother) had given her all the details/slander. I approached the funeral home about this and they apologised but did nothing and said it was out of their hands?? They could have taken SOME action to make sure this lunacy and unprofessionalism doesn't happen to other grieving families. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone as they unable to provide any privacy and dignity for grieving families.

We lost both Mum & Dad in the space of two months Both times KCFH helped me do good services for both my parents Graham was attentive to our needs & provided a great service
