Used to be a good place to go now the last two years its turned awful. Continuing to lose stuff of mine and staff not caring if Im in desperate need of help. The two most recent times Ive dealt with them have been awful sat waiting for nearly half an hour for them to turn around and say they didnt realise I was there waiting for them when I checked in. And just now trying to get scripts done that I do often and have never had any issues with getting it processed quickly but its now apparently my fault I didnt call for a script two days ago when I dont know when Im gonna get out of inhalers and that the doctors are leaving way before their closing time. Made it seem like it was all my fault honestly worst customer service from the nurses Ive ever had theres only one decent one there.

Worst youth service EVER! Nothing is confidential as all the staff go into the break room and gossip about all their clients. They are rude, and want nothing other than to make it harder for the youth that they have under them. They have lied, tampered with my doctors notes and made my life nothing but a living hell.

Amazing Doctors, nurses and staff. A wonderful service provided for our youth. They have been great with my girls. How lucky to have wonderful free services. Thank you KYS
