If you're considering shutters, talk to Curtain and Blind Services Kapiti. Maryanne was really helpful with pictures and thoughts while we were just thinking about shutters as an option. Mary was great keeping us informed between order and installation. And Donal was prompt and professional on the measure / quote and later install. More importantly the end result looks fantastic, and we're really thrilled with them. The big chains seemed pretty disinterested in shutters - told us we would need an initial estimate, would be charged for that measure if we didn't proceed, and would then need to wait for a formal quote before we'd even know what it would cost. On the other hand, Donal was happy to pop out for a measure (with a side of banter), shared his thoughts on what would work, and he provided an alternative quote for blinds as a back up affordable option. So great to get the expert advice without a hard sell. Then on install he took the time to talk about the best way to operate them and clean them - just great service. Thanks team!
