New Zealand Couriers

I received my sephora box. Upon opening it I only received 5 out of 11 of my items. I do the live chat with sephora and confirm I am only to receive 1 box. I then see a sticker on the box stating " your item was open and inspected by kapiti depot due to suspected damage" the box was in perfect condition, there was no reason suggesting the items where damage. Now I gotta wait for an investigation...

Very disappointing experience. Parcel was inexplicably slow to deliver and it was frustratingly difficult to contact courier to track progress. The distributor of my parcel sent several parcels on the same day from Auckland. All were delivered successfully around the country next day, including to some very small centres. However it took 5 working days for the Kapiti franchise to get it in and out of their van. My supplier reports this is typically poor service in Paraparaumu. But judging by all of the other shocking reviews on this site, great customer service is not a driver.

Terrible, contracted nzc to deliver a small box (8x8x6cm approx) overnight from Paraparaumu to Hamilton. Took a total of 24 days to be delivered. Terrible communication. Impossible to get a straight answer. Excuse was covid but actually bad management. I will not use them again. Does not even deserve 1 star.
