        Expect to be treated as a thief. I went in to post an NZ Post prepaid bag. Cue questions from the fellow who had watched me walk in with bag in hand: Did I buy the bag here? No, other town. Did I pay for it? Yes, of course. (WTH?). I asked for the bag to be scanned as received. Another staff member asked where I bought bag. She claimed she had to phone the other branch to check the bag had been paid for. This was an insult hidden behind a lie as all postbags have the same barcode. Also ironic that Paper Plus expects customers to trust them with parcels but refuses to scan immediately they are handed over so if lost or stolen by staff, the customer has no proof it was received by Paper Plus.
