Took my 'modified' vehicle here , which only has a a modified exhaust on it , and got told to take it else where because they are not doing modified vehicles anymore . I guess none of my cars will be able to go here any more.

We have had our vehicle in to get multiple WOFs at these premises due to the ease of use (drive through WOF) and have been failed for various things, some worthy and some not so worthy, one being no water in the window washer reservoir, tedious yes. We went in yesterday at 4:40pm (last minute decision, but there site says they close at 5pm), and were turned away as they were closing shortly, fair enough they do have families to go to as we were told. The person we spoke to said our vehicle wouldnt pass a warrant anyway due to not having a grill installed (it was off getting painted), their reason when I questioned was that it now has exposed metal to the front, it only had the radiator exposed, no sharp objects or objects projecting from the front and have been informed today that not having grill is no reason to fail a WOF. The real reason for a one star, is purely their attitude and complete lack of customer service skills, the multiple times we have been here their service has always been subpar. We will definitely support another local business that deserves our business, yes we will not have the ease of a drive through station, but we would rather go to a local business that wants our business and treats their customers like paying customers.
