        How did i get here? Well, I suffered a car accident back in 2021. Support was super hard to find, and ACC does try and help. I was getting nowhere. my body was still munted. Then, one day, I met a lady at a dog park, and I was sharing about my situation with her. She gave me some info on this place. I went to suss it out, met the staff, and i must say they are pretty awesome. The gym is a perfect size, and the people who attend get support with their injuries. If i didn't meet this lady in the dog park, my body would still be munted. Fast forward, I got funding to attend the gym, and I really love it! Thank you

        I loved working with the team at exercise well! I am loving how fit and confident I feel! The staff at Exercise Well are very skilled. I get bored easily and the team are really good at coming up with new programs for me. I have gained a lot of confidence in my body.

        I didnt know my body that well until I met Kylie and I also have had lower back surgery. I have learnt alot about how the body works and how mine works. She is really understanding and knowledgeable so I would highly recommend as I have never felt better than now!
