Absolute legends! Such a great bunch of friendly and helpful staff. They made us feel welcome the moment we came through the door and were only too happy to help out with choosing bathroom gear. The friendly lady in the showroom knew her stuff, offered ideas, suggestions and marked all the gear in the supplier books for us to take away. The lads in trade made life easy and accommodated any requests we had with our plumber from out of town. Our plumber even said how blown away he was by how friendly the trade team were! Definitely the first port of call on the Kapiti Coast when it comes to anything bathroom or plumbing related. Chur team!

Fantastic shop and service! The sales consultants couldn't have been better and when they see my dog waiting in the car, invited him in to run around the shop and got dog treats out for him! They bend over backwards and I left feeling very much listened to and getting the products I wanted. Highly recommend this store, buying a new bathroom is a huge purchase and these guys made it a fun experience without any sales pressure.
