Cindy and the team are simply put...AMAZING!! It was my first experience renting after having owned my home in Wellington for 10 years. I moved back up to Kapiti, because I loved how relaxing it is and everything you need is there. The people are great but the weather is fantastic!! Cindy was more than the owner. She cares about her clients and the owners of their properties so much. Her staff I could see have a lot of respect for her which is just one sign of an amazing boss. Jade has managed my properties for a number of years now. Their tenant selection and on going communication is excellent. Any issues that arise are addressed and resolved promptly. I have no need to look elsewhere and would recommend them accordingly
