Having had our property on the market for 90 days without any tangible result, we changed the real estate agent and joined Della Randall. Right from the start we were impressed by the professionalism, the care for details and the focus on understanding our property in every aspect! The first meeting with Della took over three hours and we had the impression to now be linked with a highly experienced professional. Unfortunately at the same time the market - unpredictably and nearly over night - had gone into a dramatic nosedive. Della however achieved to still get nearly 50 parties visiting the 6 open home dates, and managed to finally attract a buyer. In spite of the dramatic downslide of the property market in the Wellington area Della and her team 'accomplished the mission successfully' and for this we are super grateful!
