Usually a fan of subway. But this store just didn't make nice subs. Bread seemed old and dry. My partner ordered all salads except cucumber...but got cucumber in his. Store was very clean and tidy. Staff not overly friendly and chatty.

Dear Subway Management Team, I am writing to express my deep disappointment with my recent visit to your restaurant outside Parapuram mall. This was actually my second visit to your restaurant, and unfortunately, I experienced the same issues both times. On my most recent visit, I ordered a "vegetable sub" and paid $15 for what was mostly just lettuce. The person who prepared my sandwich was quite stingy with the vegetables, and I was left feeling unsatisfied and ripped off. To make matters worse, the staff member who was preparing my sandwich was actually the manager, and I would expect better from someone in a leadership position. As a loyal customer of Subway, I have come to expect high-quality sandwiches and excellent service, but unfortunately, my expectations were not met during my visits. I want to emphasize that I do not plan to return to your restaurant, and I would advise other customers to be cautious when ordering sandwiches from your establishment. As a customer, I expect to receive good value for my money, and unfortunately, that was not the case during my recent visits. I hope that you will take my feedback seriously and take steps to improve the quality of your sandwiches and service. I appreciate the effort that goes into running a restaurant, but it is clear that improvements need to be made to meet the expectations of your customers
