Hey, So I am a first time buyer, not knowing much about it, I decided to do my research visited a few shops, researched online. My last stop on the day of window shopping was sleep city. I was welcomed by Seema, the Manager. She showed me around. She showcased a great deal of knowledge and she knew what she was doing. I felt a sense of warmth and comforness and I was able to make a decision right there. I could tell the difference between the mattresses by the end of the day and just in the morning I was a novice. Loved Seema's approach and hospitality. Give her a raise and a promotion. She deserves it. Keep it up Seema. P.s. after visiting 5 shops, and wanting to make a decision in couple of days I walked out with my purchase out of sleep city without giving it a second thought on the same day, that is saying something.
