The reception ladies can be so rude. If you dont like your job then leave. The nurses and doctors are great, but the receptionists being the first faces you see walking in, theyre cold and unhelpful, and treat you like an inconvenience

Extremely poor services. Doctors are aware about only one medicine for every problem Panadol.

I went to team medical at Sunday evening because I was suffering in a lot of pain. After one hour, ( cant remember what the recursion said, but I was told that I will need to wait a bit longer) I was seen by a nurse and run a test, but then I waited another 1.5 hrs, my pain was getting worse due to sitting too long, some how people came after me being seem first! Guess what, I didnt get to see the Dr at the end, the nurse just gave me some medication and send me home. I just cant believe it!

We were visiting family in Paraparaumu recently when my partner had a minor accident on a weekday. When we went to Team Medical, the nurse said we should have gone to our GP in Palmerston North. She then filled us in on how busy they are, that they are turning away people unless it was an accident and that it's a 3 hour wait. (It wasn't. There were about 3 people in the waiting room). When I called the next day with questions, the nice lady on reception asked a nurse to call me back. Unfortunately, it was the same battle axe who proceeded to patronise, speak over and lecture me. Quite frankly, she vented at me. I get that medical staff are under pressure but some basic courtesy should still apply. No excuse for ranting at paying customers. This low rating is for the nurse. The medical service was fine.
