        Tracey is new to this store but she's going to go well! I had a small issue with my wonderful Wertheim cleaner which she kindly sorted quickly. Helpful, personable and she even carried my cleaner to my car for me.

        Excellent customer service from Tracey. My vacuum harness broke while under warranty and, after taking it in, it was back within two weeks with a brand new harness fitted. Very happy with the result. Salespeople very knowledgeable about their products and the process should you need repairs.
