Only wish I read these reviews before I engaged them. They are completely disengaged/unresponsive. They won't provide a written quote or a reasonable explanation as to why I've been verbally quoted for $600 worth of repairs. Highly recommend not to bother with them.

Absolutely disgusting service. Took over two weeks for a simple repair (seal broken in one place-otherwise machine working fine) that could have been repaired at my flat within an hour. Constant back and forth and lying to both myself and my landlord about timeframes of when it would be back and multiple other things. Then when organised to be delivered back on the Friday-they never showed up and without any contact at all. After a follow-up by my landlord they then lied AGAIN saying I had organised for it to be delivered Monday which is completely untrue. When I called to ask why they hadnt delivered it Friday as promised they neither apologised nor sounded empathetic about the situation at all. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. SO UNRELIABLE!!!!

Would've given no stars if I could. Three doors down and they wanted to charge $78 for a call out. I could've walked the fridge to you. Isn't a job worth the 2 seconds it would've taken to pop over? Bad customer service from the front desk lady. This is how you get bad reviews.
