Took my car to be serviced else where as I thought I had an issue that I didn't end up haben. Turns out nelson moters passed my car for a warrent when they shouldn't have and put me and my family in real danger. Went back to tell them and was told if u don't bring it back here for them to look at I could get walking. Absolutely ridiculous behavior. Why would I bring it back to a place that clearly don't know how to do the job right and safely the first time

My car had failed its WOF because one of my headlights focus was off. I always get a lot of anxiety when I have to take my car into a shop because Im a female and I always feel like Im getting ripped off by condescending men. I was recommended Nelson St Motors by a colleague after I had told her about my horrible experience Id had at a different garage in the city, where they looked at the problem for 15min and tried to fix it then charged me $60. I called and made an appointment with Tony and when I took my car in the next day he was so chill and I immediately felt safe and reassured. When I went back to pick up my car we chatted about our dogs and then he explained to me the problem with my car and how he fixed it, and then casually said thatll be no charge for today ???? The best experience Ive ever had! Thank you so much Tony!! Im definitely going back there and recommending him to everyone I know. Ps: it also passed its WOF after that. Service: Vehicle safety inspection
