        Appalling customer service. Ordered a bouquet of balloons for a friends birthday. No confirmation delivery was underway. Had to ring twice to confirm delivery. No reply to email. Then they were delivered to the wrong house. When I called - twice more - was told weve done our part, youll have to call the courier company on Monday. Not once did anyone say sorry about this. And now Im out of pocket. Would give zero stars if I could.
