They replaced one of our bathrooms and from start to finish were incredible to deal with, nothing was a problem, with the bathroom coming in on budget and on time! We can not speak highly enough of the professional and timely service we received from the team from Bathroom Solutions. We would recommend them to anyone. The new bathroom has literally been life changing. Professional advice throughout the process, always calling beforehand. We changed a few things along the way and they worked with it and provided really good sound advice. What I appreciated was that Jason works with experienced trusted tradies that he has known for along time. They treated our home with care and respected our privacy esp as we work from home. Fully renovated our ensuite bathroom. Their tradesmen worked to a high standard, took ownership of getting a good outcome for us and did a few extra items of work around the house for us too. Gave good advice about options, although if you depart from their recommended fittings, its important to ask them to confirm that your alternatives will work in the space available. Due mostly to Covid disruptions, work took longer than expected, and occasionally required some follow-up on our part to keep things moving. However, we are happy with the end result.

We have a small, unusually shaped bathroom (sloped wall down one side), so limited options for layout. I LOVE my new bathroom! Jason and the team were very good to deal with. Great value for the work completed and returned promptly to deal with a couple of minor things that weren't initially 100%. Other reviewers have said they didn't listen, but I found them very good. They took all my ideas and together we refined them to come up with the best solution. Would absolutely recommend or use again.
