Columbus Coffee Petone at Mitre 10 MEGA

I'm not the one to give bad reviews but our coffee tasted watery, there were no flavour at all, the food wasn't fresh, it felt like it was prepared the day before and re-heated. The staff weren't especially friendly either. Sadly we won't be going back.

No good. I got food poisoning from the beef roll. My wife rang them to inform them and was met with a most basic apology & no offer too make it right. The lady serving us looked like she didn't want to be there & barely said two words to us.. Before it was Columbus it use to be great. Never going back

Have been going here for years and Im quite surprised by the low ratings. Have always found the food and coffee delicious, love the decor and the fast service x one thing i do agree on is the staff being slightly curt and not having the most customer centric attitude you would expect. Cant blame them having to wear mask tho! However, the cabinet food and coffee sure makes up for it!
