I ordered some items online and ended up on the phone speaking to staff about my order...the guy who dealt with my order was very helpful & went out of his way to ensure I got the items I needed - he went above & beyond to help me & I was very impressed

Well, l thought Lachlan my salesperson was great, However my experience went downhill after that. Purchased a microwave oven (good buy) but when I got home, upon opening the box i found it to be damaged? This i couldn't understand because the box wasn't damaged and the plate on-top of microwave was still in one piece! Rang shop, mentioned I'd bought it one hour ago! Lady asked me if it was still under warranty??? I reiterated that I had just bought it (classic -not listening) Raced back before closing, told them it had obviously been repackaged. They agreed but assured me it was not then! Asked for a sweetner* for my extra time - NOT HAPPENING - Asked to speak to manager (not there) Not good PR. I won't be back!

Wow what an experience! We walked in here on a super hot day looking for a new couch. The aircon inside was amazing, it was so nice and refreshing. We were very quickly greeted by Clinton with a big smile, he was very helpful, bubbly and professional. He helped us through the application process which was a lot quicker than we were expecting. Clinton was very good with our young daughter while we filled in the application (for any kid this process is long and boring), even sharing some cookie time cookies to help pass time which made her day. (He asked if this was ok first). My daughter enjoyed this so much she's asked when we are going back. (She's only 6) We loved our experience today so we will be back again. Thank you for making our process today, one we will always remember and a experience we will continue to share. Also if you need any help selling the brown massage/heating chairs, our 6 year old didn't want to get out of it, it kept her silent the whole time we were there and now she wont stop talking about how shes now found her favorite chair and wants to try save her coins for her own chair.
