Fantastic service to repair a faulty door. Maybe its just their normal service but I felt valued, my door was repaired the next day. Super friendly and nothing seemed to be a problem. They obviously know what they are doing, excellent workmanship, knowledgeable and excellent value. We couldnt be happier and highly recommend. Definitely go back. Service was in complete contrast with another company who had been out 3 x hadnt repaired fault just kept charging 3 times that of Door city. Thankyou Doorcity for excellent service, you provide gold standard.

Wow - What outstanding service from Heather and the Team. Rather than pushing for us to buy a new motor, for our over 20 year garage door opener, Heather suggested a service & repair to see if it could be fixed - knowing that we had to leave a fully functioning door as part of our house sale, just one week away. On top of that - the awesome serviceman made time to get to us at 6.15am, the next morning, on his way to work, because we had the "removal company" coming in the following day! Fabulous service from the Door City team. I called on a Tuesday before 8am and the phone was answered! Eddie was great to speak with and understood my plight. Later that day Graham phoned to say he would be at our house the next day. Which he was at 8am sharp, he replaced the broken spring... all fixed and sorted out in just over 24hrs from first contact! Outstanding service by a friendly and professional team - thank you.

Very pleased with the friendly and competent service. A technician came the same day to look at the issue with our garage door and fixed the issue. I thought the costs were reasonable too
