Warner Fencing & Gates Wellington

If you're happy to accept what you're given then go ahead and use Warners. If you want what you ordered then shop around. Their product is generic but their service is unique. Of the product delivered at their first attempt less than 20% was correct. However the invoice for full payment followed the next day. Needless to say this wasn't paid. Four months on and enough material was received for the balustrade to be constructed. However, the design had to be compromised to accommodate the incorrect manufacture - that or risk a further delay. And for some reason Warners initially didn't want to provide compensation for the cost of covering their mistakes. In summary, I have a compromised design, was chased by the group accountant for a balance that was never overdue, and even received a thinly veiled threat in the form of the goods remain the property of Warner Fences until paid in full. My advice, try a different company.

Tried multiple times to get a hold of their Lower Hutt branch. Often the phone rang and no one would pick up. Eventually ended up speaking to Kyle, but had to chase them constantly, and they never actioned any of our requests themselves. Waste of time. Save your breath and stress and find someone else.

Kyle and the team was an absolute delight to deal with. From getting the quote and having the gates installed. Everything went smoothly, clear communications. Happy with our gate. Highly recommend!

I enquired about a driveway gate In late February. Received contact a couple of days later, but had to chase up for every step. I confirmed that we wanted the gate on March 13, followed up on March 19, and still haven't heard anything else. I know the business would have closed over lock down, but this was almost 2 weeks prior to lockdown starting, so would expect some contact in that time.

Kyle and his team did an awesome job for us. Their communication & promptness was really good and our driveway gates look great. Even our German Shepherd approves as she can now safely keep an eye on the postman.
