Ahika CrossFit -Petone, Lower Hutt

One of the friendliest crossfit gyms about. After moving out to petone and hunting down another crossfit gym that has a varied timetable to join I'd heard good things about ahika and decided to jump in on a couple trial classes. The coaches are super friendly and the members are as well - seeing kids and dogs at the box are a common occurrence and a nice one. The coaches are knowledgeable to provide assistance on form and adaptations for your individual needs but still get a good workout in. I'd definitely recommend Ahika to people curious about crossfit and seeing what its about and to people who have done it for a while.
