Shisher is highly professional, kind, and really helpful. We exchanged several emails about the booking, as I wasn't sure when I would be able to move into my place. He was really supportive, understood my situation and helped me find a suitable time. Above all, he did a great job! The carpet looks great, smell nice and have dried so quickly to my surprise! Shisher of Mr Green cleaned our carpets today. He is polite, efficient, timely and responsive. He was running late and texted to tell me and then texted when he was on the way. The carpets look great, smell nice and have dried quickly. And the Grabone deal was such a good deal. Thank you Shisher of Mr Green - your service and value for money is excellent - we will definitely recommend you to others.

I had my carpets cleaned earlier this week. I contacted Mr Green carpets saying the carpet was left very damp which has smelt the whole place out. They replied stating it needs to dry. It has been several days now and it still smells. We have had our carpets cleaned before and never have we had this experience. I dont think they have used any cleaning agent at all. I do not recommend anyone use this company.
