        The locksmith took $240 and didn't open my door after trying for a long time, I had no choice but to spend another $190 to ask another locksmith to open the door, and he opened in 1 minute. I will never use them again.

        Fantastic company -- quick installation and quick responses over email. Had locks changed after moving houses, and they were able to do it without any fuss. Ended up installing a replacement for the backdoor myself, as the existing one was broken, but no complaints.
