Got timber racks fitted to my ute, they designed, fabricated, painted and fitted in a day. Cost less than off-the-shelf, works and looks better. Great communication and work by Denis and Barry.

I've had nothing but good experiences with Billabong. I own a 20 year old Billabong Trailer that is like the day it came out of their factory. Recently when a wheel stud broke they fixed it for free saying they were happy to see one that old.

I had a boat trailer that needed galvanizing. I have sent quite a bit of time and money on getting it ready to be done. I spoke to Dennis to get it organised and he had no problems fitting it in. Unfortunately, the galvanizers were unable to dip it due to too much rust in the main draw bar. I spoke to John the engineer and he tried his best to get it done using other methods- but to no avail. In the end, John drove over to Karori with my trailer on the back of his ute and dropped it off - also with the paint that I needed to do the job myself. All I paid for was a little piece of welding and the tin of paint. They were extremely helpful. Saved me a lot of time and money. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants that personal touch and face to face contact. Reminded me of the old days.
