        Hi, Just came in to ask about some product. Was totally ignored by the staff, then yelled at by a gentleman with a comb over. Pretty unprofessional attitude towards the customer. Will not go back.

        Worst branch of Ullrich I have been to! They have no customer service and the staff there are not helpful. I went there after I have ordered some pipes 4:30pm on a Friday to find the place closed although the times on the door showed 5pm. As I stood there trying to see if someone can help as I saw two Ullrich vehicles in the parking one of the staff members came out of the building, saw me and just rushed of to his car and drove off. We do a lot of business with Ullrich but I will never buy trough this branch again.

        Recommended to me by an electrician to manufacture and install a sliding gate across my driveway (6m long and 1.4m high). Super speedy service, kept in touch throughout, helped with my questions, very reasonable prices and a great finish on the gate. 4 weeks from start to finish. Very happy, thank you.
