Room was not clean, rubbish behind draws, spiders and cobwebs like it hadn't been dusted.
Stated there was sky but no sky channels were available.
They came in to clean our room whilst we weren't there and our things were touched..
And my half a can of Pringles were gone (don't touch my chippies)
Piece of advice maybe have the "service room" or "Do Not service room" signs.
