I expected them to willingly exchange them but they refused saying they were not resale-able.
I felt ripped off and like they didnt care.
I have been a club member for over ten years. I hoped for better service.
Buyer beware - get someone who knows about their boots. Very disappointed and surprised by the fast-sell approach and lack of follow through.
