I have been a customer of Arthur Holmes for many years now under our company Origin Health. I have always found them to be very professional, as sometimes things do go wrong, but have always rectified any problem straight away. They have a very large product range and all their products are of good quality. They have upgraded their invoicing and notification software which has taken their customer service to a new level. I personally can not fault their service, nor their products and will continue to deal with them for as long as I remain in business.

Returned items over 10 days ago as my order was messed up in the first place. still haven't had a refund everytime I email I get told it will be done the next day its been over 10 days and they said this 5 times now its getting rediculous seems like the staff don't know anything about customer service and aren't putting customers first waste of time and energy will not recommend to anyone

We have used Arthur Holmes for our milk bottles for several years now. We needed to get more and ordered them yesterday, not expecting to see them until next year given Xmas and delivery delays etc. They arrived this morning not even 24 hours after ordering. Many thanks for the wonderful service guys, much appreciated.
