        Wow. So Holly called me first thing in the morning, at 8 and we worked out plans to pay and deliver my order to my place in Wellington (a good 30+ minute drive away in Wellington). She saw my online transfer had come through and my paints were delivered at my home before 9:30am-- that's less than an hour and a half from the phone call!! Additionally, yesterday when I couldn't get ahold of them, the call center in Hamilton took it personally to follow up for me and attempt to reach them on my behalf. This is a fantastic level of service you don't normally get from retail. I will happily recommend them to anyone. And I'm a tiny customer. I didn't even spend 100$. But I intend to spend more there in the future!
