Ive regularly struggled to have my prescription filled here in a timely manner. The pharmacy receives my prescription but then usually doesnt make it up until I go in, even though I would expect it to be made up after clicking in the online form when Id like to pick it up a few days later. Then I go into store, its not made up and sometimes they ask me to come back so I come back at least an hour, sometimes a day later and its still not made and they havent started it. Today I went in and it was not ready again. The prescription was delivered Tuesday to the pharmacy and I came in Saturday morning to pick it, it was not ready. They asked me if I wanted to wait or come back later, I said I would wait for the 15 minutes and the intern pharmacist has so far spent 15 of the last 20 minutes serving other people. Then another pharmacist asked me if I had been served. I told them I was waiting and she went and checked and said it was a big script. Thats true, but its very hard to fill a big script if youre never actually working on it. I wish this pharmacy could fill scripts more efficiently, I shouldnt have to wait for days or hours and things dont get filled, especially when you have reduced weekend hours.
