I took in 5 prints to add to my collection. As they couldn't supply frames identical to my previous order the staff helped me choose a very close match. I was emailed when they were ready and when I called to collect them i was offered help to transport them to my car. This was very much appreciated and the staff member was most pleasant, chatting on the way to my car. As usual the job was completed to my satisfaction. I would recommend them to anyone (and have done so in the past.)

The service at Petone Frameworks was over and above expectations. My initial consultation was with Georgia who patiently helped me make the correct decisions. The job was completed before the advised timeframe as the staff knew I needed the finished items earlier. One of my pieces had a personal message on the back which was carefully reproduced. I am thrilled with the finished items and look forward to displaying them on my walls!!
