I have been messed around by this company so much!!! Placed my original order in December, paid as soon as invoiced but I did not receive my crystal displays until way in to the new year, the end of Jan. I had to continually chase the owner, turned up after he emailed me a date and time and my displays were not even put together. I was told they would deliver to me for my wasted journey, this never happened. When I finally got them, one broke before I could even use it. Granted this was repaired but I again had to drive over 20kms to get this sorted after being charged over $1500 for two displays. I should have learned but I didnt! I ordered two more as I needed to keep my store tidy and looking in unision. I was told this would take a week, four weeks later still not ready. After excuses from Parths staff (I felt for him as not his fault), and still no replay I still dont have what I ordered. This is probably the worst customer service I have EVER received. I followed up one final time with a direct email to Parth, again no reply. How this person is still in business is beyond me. Unless youre willing to wait a year for your goods, Id find someone else to take care of your order.

Everytime we go to pick up our orders at 8am they're shut and don't seem to arrive until 11am. Getting through on the phone is like trying to get hold of the pope. When we do get the products they are made to a high and accurate quality. If they would be more punctual and add a mobile number for contact I would give them 5 stars.
