        The TPR valve on our outdoor hot water cyclinder was corroded and leaking and needed replacing. I contacted this company directly by phone on a Tuesday to organise a time and day for them to replace it. The Admin lady I spoke to was friendly and helpful, and got back to me about the repair via email the same day ! She emailed me their fees/rates and let me know when the bill would be due etc. She was also able to organise for one of the plumbers that works for them (who happens to live in our surburb) to come around first thing the next day. The plumber arrived promptly the next day and did a great job. Would recommend this company for your plumbing needs.
