The Petone Foot Clinic is absolutely 5star+. The reception staff are friendly, accommodating and go out of their way. After feeling defeated and not heard by many healthcare professionals everytime I brought up issues with my feet, my concerns felt disregarded. I decided to give it one more try by going to Petone Foot Clinic. Jenny was kind, gentle and listened to all my concerns, making sure to address each one. She was the first professional who validated them and offered, honest and 'can-do' solutions. All the solutions were practical, thorough and well explained. She made use of multiple forms of assessment as needed and each one well worth it. A few months later and foot problems I've been having for 2 years+ have been improving at a rate I never thought possible all with her help and expertise. Forever grateful for Jenny and the rest of the team at Petone Foot Clinic. I only wish I had found Petone Foot Clinic sooner and would recommend them to anyone I meet.

Knee issues on Sunday made me stop running (10km). Lucky break meant I got to see Mimi Tran Tuesday. She confirmed worn footwear likely source of the problem, taped my foot to counter pronation, and gave me vouchers for new shoes, which I bought that day. Three days taped up. By Sunday I was ready for a decent walk (5.5km) in new shoes. Today (Monday) ran 4.5km and all initial knee niggles just melted away. So 8 days later feel good as new! Thanks heaps, Mimi!
