        They have a lovely web form where you ask for a valuation. I ordered one. A week later I rang, they said it normally took a week, so should be almost there. Two weeks later I ring back, they follow up, and say they will never do a valuation as they are at capacity for the foreseeable future. So, absolute rubbish.
