        Days Bay has had blocked drains for months now, putrid water running in the streets, drains blocked solid, damaging shoes, making dogs sick, upsetting business. Notice to fix didnt work so its time to sue

        From every dealing with Wellington Water, they have gone above and beyond to ensure flexibility, and prompt work. They always keep us up to date with what is going on, and I find myself smiling after dealing with them.

        The subdivision team are good to deal with. Hard, but fair, most of the time. Staff are friendly too. Nice coffee machine, and sometimes there's biscuits at meetings...but don't count on it.
