unprofessional cowboys, had a tooth issue which was causing me grief in september 2022 and the lady on the phone refused to book me in until several weeks later and although it had been a while since id visted a dentist (due to cost) i was astounded by her lack of professionalism and care. lucky i found gental dental on royal st who got me an appointment within 24 hours and fixed the issue which wasnt as bad as i thought.

Have been a patien for years November 2022 I needed to book an appointment couldnt get an appointment until 29 March 2023, today 2 Feb 2023 they ring and advise dentist I see is leaving so they will put me on a wait list, disgusting service

Catherine and her nurse were truly amazing today. As a dentist phobic with prior bad experiences, they both explained every step of the process and provided excellent pain relief. Made me feel amazing with the results I came away with. I can smile with confidence again. Can't thank them enough for that recommended

Staying in the area temporarily and have had a toothache for a few days. Called the clinic this morning and was super stoked to be accommodated same day. Dr Bjorn is hilarious and very personable. Not a problem to have consult info sent through to my hometown dentist for follow up. Thanks team, really appreciate!
