I am hoping to change my doctor soon i currently have dr kupenga and went to her last year after having covid with swelling in my left leg, she gave me antibiotics and sent me on my way. Afterward my leg was becoming more swollen and painful i then called healthline who then called an ambulance as i had a suspected blood clot. On getting a scan it was confirmed i had a superficial sizeable clot in my leg, dr kupenga still was hesistant to give me blood thinners! But reluctantly did when i said i wanted a second opinion. Suprise suprise they worked gy the clot was gone. and on my 2nd visit to radiology clot was gone. Another incident occured when i needed an iud removal/replacement at which she dropt something and then proceeded put it back in place a week later i had a kidney infection. I am trying to change doctors at present but am having no luck. Edidted to add... there is a lovely receptionist who works there who is amazing the other one not so much.

How is Dr kupanga still working here????!!!honestly the worst doctor of all time very negligent and needs to call it a day she obviously has no care for anyone's health as she misdiagnoses people and with hold information from scans she sweeps everything under the carpet and brushes you off.

Dr kupanga is a horrifically rude, uninformed doctor, she is not worth the time. She is less than unprofessional and doesnt even know the medication well enough to give advice. She has no bedside manner: only deal with her if you wish to be treated extremely badly. Do not recommend. Ive laid two complaints about her and its gone no where.

The receptionists, and the nurse here are fabulous, so it's such a shame the doctors are so terrible. Every interaction I had with the receptionists and nurse they were so warm, intelligent, empathetic, efficient.and kind. Dr April was my doctor for over 2 years, in which time I went in multiple times for the same, recurring symptoms that were interfering with my day to day life. He kept concluding it was "emotional stress". I kept insisting something physically was wrong. I changed to Dr Kupenga. Same dismissive response. I gave up and went to another clinic, saw a competent doctor and had it diagnosed in ONE appointment, got the medicine I needed to heal it and am already feeling better. No, it wasn't stress. The difference in competence in my new doctor has been phenomenal, actually listens, actually examined me properly, never once took the easy way out and suggested "stress". Found the thing other doctors had missed for years. Don't go here if you can avoid it, there are other doctors out there, even if you have to go on a waitlist it's worth waiting, than wasting your time and money here.
