Having lived in our current home for 30 years, it was important for us to have the right agent marketing our property. An easy 5 stars, Kris has been nothing short of amazing. He sold our house well above RV, within his promised timeframe. He offered sound advice, kept us fully informed and answered the many, many questions we had. He demonstrated high level negotiation, marketing and communication skills, and has an easy, likeable personality, allowing him to build rapport quickly with potential buyers. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anybody looking to sell their home - he takes the phrase 'going above and beyond' to a whole new standard.
