Called in desperate to ask for an obd scan on my car to diagnose a misfire issue that was doing my head in. Was reasonably priced. Although there was no engine light and couldn't diagnose with a scan tool... Ali was very straight forward and generous with his knowledge around the issue and helped me step by step over the phone to help me diagnose myself as I was quite the distance away and not in a good position at the time (your regular mechanics would hardly be this genorous to an unknown customer), he helped me find a few issues that was of concern and found the root cause of the misfire, am in the process of repairing the car now, very grateful of this man and his help would definitely recommend him to anyone 12/10 stars if i could Service: Auto engine diagnostic
