OMG PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE. 21.3.23 appointment at 4pm to get my eyebrows threaded and I'm crying. They don't not match not even twins or sisters there something else! One is thicker than the other and the service was so rushed. I couldn't say anything to the one man team in there because i was so upset and she was to busy to attend to another lady waiting. I just walked out. Please take my advice and go somewhere else! The owner is amazing as I've trusted her service before but she really needs to consider her workers and there quality of service and work. Service: Eyebrow threading

We arrived to be told we couldn't book and wait was approx 20mins. No issue with this. There were three of us. One of us was taken to a chair to start her nails whilst myself and my other friend waited. Again no issue. However when one of the nail technicians finished up, instead of taking either myself or my friend, she took someone who had just walked in. That's pretty poor service. There was no communication to either of us. So we were made to wait further. I work in customer service and you always take the next person not jumping the queue. My friend and I walked out and will be going elsewhere. I definitely do not recommend this place at all. Totally rude and unprofessional service. Service: Manicure

Appalling services and terrible hygiene! The owners of this place did not even check vaccine passes even after we asked. Neither did they put on their masks properly. My friend and I went for manicure, while mum went for deluxe pedicure. Manicure tools were not sanitized or replaced with new tips. I could see dead skin on the tools they used. I felt so uncomfortable that I had to stop them from filing my nails halfway. They shouted and demanded that I pay for that service. My friend had her cuticle accidentally and was bleeding. No apology or partial refund offered. Manicure tech did not know how to do French nails. Deluxe pedicure felt like an express one, lasting 15 minutes. The polish chipped off the same evening. Highly disappointed by the lack of hygiene and service. Services: Pedicure, Manicure
